Reservation details (number of guests, preferred date & time)

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to process and respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) & (f) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

Contact form & processor

Our contact form is delivered via Formspree (Formspree Inc.), which processes your submission on our behalf to forward it to us by email. Data may be processed on servers outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Cookies

We use technically necessary storage to remember your language and cookie choices. Optional statistics or marketing cookies are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

Maps

This site embeds Google Maps to show our location. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with any legal retention obligations, then delete it.
